Here is a step by step guide for getting into SATS:

1) Choose a specific goal or desire you want to manifest

This step is crucial because without clarity about what you want, you cannot manifest anything.

There may be a hundred things you want to manifest but I would highly suggest you focus on just one for a few weeks & let the magic of SATS surprise you!

2) Think about the feelings you would feel if “that” goal or desire comes true 

Neville Goddard says that feeling is the secret behind every manifestation. So, unless you cannot feel the feelings of your desire in advance, you cannot manifest it.

This step is very simple and don’t worry you will get clearer and clearer on your feelings day after day.

For now just think of the happy, good, warm feeling you would feel in your heart and stomach when you will have your wish fulfilled.

3) Get into your bed at night & get fully relaxed

At night, after you are done with all your daily duties, it’s time to get into bed and enter a relaxed state.

Lay down in a comfortable position in your bed, close your eyes and take a few deep belly breaths. Keep doing deep breathing until you start feeling a sensation of stillness engulf your whole being. 

The secret to knowing whether you are truly relaxed is to check if your monkey mind has stopped its nonsense chatter or not.

When your monkey mind gets relaxed, that’s the best time to start with SATS technique.

4) Bring up the feelings of your desire fulfilled

Remember in step 2 above, I asked you to think about the feelings you would feel when your desire will be manifested in reality?

Well, now comes the true application of that exercise.

In a fully relaxed state, start bringing up that very feeling of your wish fulfilled. 

OR make a little scenario of your future when you are living your life with your desire fulfilled. 

Fully get into the scene and bring up as many elevated emotions as you can related to your desire.

5) Go to sleep in this state

Now maintain this happy/elevated feeling and go to sleep in this very state.

Congratulations! You have successfully done your first day of SATS.

How long should you do SATS for manifesting one desire? 

Well, you might be wondering how long it takes for SATS to show results.

Here is a formula that works best:

  • Choose one desire/goal for SATS at a time.
  • Get super clear about the feelings you will feel when that goal gets accomplished.
  • Practice this feeling every night before going to sleep.
  • Sleep in the state of your wish fulfilled.
  • Do this process every night for 21 days.
  • After 21 days, you can move to another goal and repeat the whole process for that.
