Step 1 – Create a strong belief
Belief is the core component of all physical manifestation.
Miracles can happen for you only if you dare to believe in the unseen and the unknown.

Placebo effect is a phenomenon whereby a patient experiences improvement or complete healing of his symptoms despite using a non-active treatment (like a fake/inert pill).
One must wonder that if the treatment given to the patient was non-active/fake then what triggered an improvement in symptoms?
It’s the belief.
Sometimes the patient has such a strong belief in the fake pill or treatment that it causes real changes in his bio-chemistry.
This mysterious yet beautiful phenomenon is called the placebo effect.
It is perfect evidence of how our beliefs change our thoughts, our bodily functions and our life.
If you are a woman dealing with infertility for some time, then it’s quite likely that you would have created some disempowering beliefs about your ability to get pregnant.
It’s time to change those disempowering beliefs and replace them with positive, empowering ones.
Affirmations have always been my go to, whenever I need to change a certain limiting belief.

Step 2 – Start meditating daily
I hope you know that stress is the number one culprit when it comes to any ailment/dysfunction in our body.
Stress over prolonged periods of time throws our body out of balance and as a result we see an illness.
The ability to reproduce is what our body is naturally equipped to do and any problems with fertility indicate that there is an underlying problem.
If you are trying to conceive, it is vital that your body is calm and in a state of homeostasis most of the time. This means you have to eliminate all external and internal causes of stress in your life.
But sometimes it’s not so easy to stay away from stress.
Maybe you are in a job that’s stressful or maybe your family is not so supportive. So, you cannot just leave your job or your family in an attempt to get rid of the stress.
Still there is one thing you can do — it’s meditation!
Meditation is the single most powerful tool ever invented to maintain optimal mental health. You can easily incorporate it into your daily life to get rid of stress and negative feelings.
Meditation calms you down.
It frees your mind of the incessant chatter.
It activates healing in the body and mind.
It creates an environment in your body that is optimal for conceiving and carrying a baby.
So if you are not doing some sort of daily meditation, you are missing out on a lot.
If you are a total beginner, then start meditating just for 10 minutes everyday. Just 10 minutes of daily focus will do wonders for you.
Step 3 – Visualize yourself being pregnant
Visualization is the practice of imagining yourself in your desired reality.
Visualization is a powerful practice to impress your subconscious mind with your desire. Once your subconscious is effectively impressed; soon you will start seeing physical manifestations.
If you want to be pregnant and have a healthy baby, then you should visualize yourself in a future scene which shows that your desire has become reality.
For accurate visualization practice, it is important to choose a specific scene.
For example; you may choose a scene of you holding your newborn baby and smelling its tiny little hands or any other scene that makes you happy (and indicates that you were successful in becoming pregnant).
Now that you have chosen the scene you want to visualize, let me guide through steps of creative visualization.
How to manifest pregnancy through Visualization:
- Choose a comfortable, quiet place where you will not be disturbed for twenty minutes or so.
- Sit in your chair or on the floor comfortably.
- Close your eyes.
- Start taking deep breaths that go all the way to your belly.
- Start observing the inhale and exhale of breath for a few minutes.
- Or you may also slowly count backwards from 50 to 0.
- After a few minutes, you will feel calm and relaxed in your mind and body. This is the perfect time to impregnate your subconscious with your desire.
- Now start imagining the “future scene” you have chosen previously.
- Try to feel the feelings as if that scene was your reality right now.
- After you have fully immersed yourself in the imagination process for a while ,it’s time to end the session.
- At the end, repeat: “I now surrender this desire to the universe and I trust that it will come to me in divine timing”.
- Open your eyes and carry on with your day.
(Repeat the visualization practice for a few weeks until you feel very natural about the scene you are imagining in your sessions.)

Your work here is to observe such negative thoughts whenever you can and quickly replace them with positive ones.
For instance you can bring about an image of a baby growing in your belly and feel happy about it.
Or you can repeat an affirmation like, “I am now ready to conceive, carry and deliver a healthy baby”.
So you get the drill, right?
The idea is to nourish the fertile soil of your subconscious with positive thoughts and uproot the weeds (negative thoughts) just like a gardener does.
369 Method for Pregnancy
The 369 Method is another effective technique that can be used to manifest a pregnancy.
Here is how to manifest pregnancy with the 369 method:
- First of all, choose a simple positive affirmation like “I am so happy about my healthy pregnancy” or “My pregnancy is so easy, safe, and fun”. Just any simple affirmation that helps you think positively about being pregnant.
- In a journal, write this positive affirmation three times in the morning, six times in the evening, and nine times at night.
- Repeat this process of writing the positive affirmation every day for at least a week.
That’s it! That’s how simple this method is but don’t underestimate its power looking at its simplicity. It works like a charm when done with intention and consistency.
